Official language of Conference is Romanian/English.
The Organizing Committee will compile the final program based on the
abstracts received.
Following initial review of all submitted abstracts by the Scientific
Committee, selected authors will be invited to prepare a publication for
inclusion in the published proceeding volume (also available on-line on
the web site of the Conference).

* Abstract must be written in English (MSWord format), of no less than 300 words, but not exceeding one A4 page (including title, authors and affiliations).
Important dates to remember
- June 10 th 2013 - Opening registration date
- till September 15 th 2013 - Early registration with reduced * fees
- from September 16th 2013 - Registration with regular ** fees
- till October 15th 2013 - Abstracts submission with continuous notification of abstracts acceptance
- November 15 th 2013 - Submission of the full paper
* Before September 16th , all accepted participants will pay a REDUCED fee - 50% of a regular fee , excepting the cost related to the optional field trip
** Regular fee - 40€ or 150 lei (the equivalent amount in Romanian currency)
Conference registration fee covering:
- Conference documentation with abstracts
- Conference certificate of presence
- Lunch and coffee breaks (November 1 st)
The registration fee doesn’t include accommodation and transportation.
An optional field trip in Bucovina is proposed to the participants on Saturday, the 2nd of November.
The costs of field trip (include transport and meals): 20€ (or 80 lei)
Important: All the fees will be payed at participants' arrival at registration desk.
