Abstract

Property and property rights on forests - between restitution and re-composition

Restitution of forests leads to the apparition of private forest ownership. However the regulation of forest management imposes constraints in order to implement a sustainable forest management. Thus, the initial movement of private forest ownership creation was followed by a secondary movement of private ownership definition, in an economic sense.
